Class Description

Start your day off with a full-on body blast! This Morning Bootcamp held in the Reps With Alison Fitness Studio will be a mix of cardio training, functional movement and resistance training. We'll be using body weight and equipment for an awesome body-pumping workout! 

All fitness levels are welcome to join this fun, fast-paced boot camp with instructor Alison. These traditional (not so traditional) classes are offered Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday mornings.

We have 3 different days of the week to choose from, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

Once you attend your first morning bootcamp your 8 week period will commence.

Class Length

8 Classes over 8 week period. Morning Bootcamps run continuously, so your 8 week period starts after you attend you first class.


Class Days and Times

1. 8 Class Package, Tuesdays, 7 a.m. - 7:50 a.m.  (For an 8 week period)

2. 8 Class PackageThursdays, 7 a.m. - 7:50 a.m.   (For an 8 week period)

3. 8 Class Package, Sundays, 9:30 a.m. - 10:20 a.m. (For an 8 week period)
