The benefits of weight lifting for women are amazing and you'll be thrilled at the results.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn this 50 minute program, you'll focus on weight training, using dumbbells, machines, cables, bands and other Studio equipment, lead by a Personal Trainer.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis program will allow you to learn the basics OR carry-on from your current fitness level.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach woman is unique and so are their goals.
