Bringing back Pole 101 for beginners.
We are talking absolute beginners to Pole Dance!
We want YOU, the lady with NO STRENGTH.
WE WANT YOU, the lady who has extra curves!
WE WANT YOU, the nervous newbie to fitness BUT has dreamt of doing Pole Dance forever!
We want YOU, the Pole Dance virgin!
By the end of this program, you will have built strength in your core and upper body, allowing the movements to be easier. Your confidence on the Pole will have increased. Your confidence outside the Studio will also soar.
After POLE 101, you may continue with Pole 101 OR advance to Pole 102.
It is extremely common for some women to feel discouraged when starting Pole Fitness. OR considering it. They may feel discouraged trying Pole for not having upper body and core strength! You may also feel that you are too heavy OR not fit enough. THIS IS COMPLETELY NORMAL and especially after a pandemic!
