We have revised our Pole Programs and now offer two new Pole Programs.
Currently we OFFER our NEW 6 WEEK POLE 101 Program.
This NEW Pole 101 Program is FOR EVERYONE! And when I say EVERYONE, I mean it!
After 8 months of market research and feedback, we have REVISED our current Pole programs to make them more accessible and FUN for everyone.
Are you someone who has little to no upper body strength or core strength?
Do you consider yourself more robust and fear regular Pole programs? (Not on my time girl.)
Have you ever wanted to try Pole but are just too nervous and think you wont be 'fit enough' OR 'strong enough' or 'lean enough'??
Well, you are NOT alone!
We are talking absolute beginners to fitness OR Pole Dance!
We want YOU, the lady with NO STRENGTH.
WE WANT YOU, the Lady who has extra curves!
WE WANT YOU, the nervous newbie to fitness BUT has dreamt of doing Pole Dance OR fitness!
This NEW and REVISED program will entail:
- 20-30 minutes Pole Conditioning which will include an upper body and core strengthening workout DONE AT YOUR PACE!
- Walking around the pole etc....
- 10-15 mins of basic POLE DANCE each class.
SO basic that you learn ONLY 2-4 moves in the 4 week period.
Myself and my other Pole Instructors WILL GIVE YOU PERSONAL ATTENTION FOR YOUR OWN NEEDS IN EVERY CLASS!
This is NOT a one size fits all program.
It is extremely common for some women to feel discouraged when starting Pole Fitness. OR considering it. They may feel discouraged trying Pole for not having upper body and core strength! You may also feel that you are too heavy OR not fit enough. THIS IS COMPLETELY NORMAL and especially after a pandemic!
