Starting Tuesday November 15th we are offering a Total Body Reset - Mobility program at The Reps With Alison Fitness Studio. 

The purpose of the this program is to increase your range of motion with a series of static and dynamic stretches and movements.

Certified Personal Trainer Di, will lead you through this full-body, flexibility and mobility training.
