We are excited to bring this fabulous program back to the Reps With Alison Fitness Studio!

GIRL POWER - After School Weight Training for Teen Girls Starts September.

Build confidence and gain self-esteem while using resistance training and full body conditioning in this all-girl youth program. 

This 6 week program is on Wednesdays, from Sept 27th - Oct 25th, 2023 from 4pm - 4:50pm.

This empowering, strength building (from the inside out) and conditioning class IS just for girls.

Whether you have some experience or not Nicole will work with you and your personal goals! 

*NO CARDIO at all in this program. 

Sometimes athletics can be difficult for our youth! The fear of being judged or that they are good enough.
