We are so pleased to be Introducing a classic practice into the Reps With Alison Fitness Studio.
Starting August 2022, Alison will be taking you on a hatha yoga journey.
Enjoy 45 minutes of Hatha Yoga with Alison, which includes mindful meditation, then breath work (pranayama) and yoga poses (asana) expanding your conscious and physical awareness, connecting your mind, body and soul.
