This Morning Yoga class is suitable for beginners OR anyone looking for a refreshing gentle morning practice. Each class offers a safe-space to just 'be' during the practice.
This practice is perfect for the beginner nervous about trying Yoga.

This morning class will be offered on Tuesdays at 9am starting March.

When: Tuesdays 9 a.m. - 9:50 a.m., March 4th - April 22nd, 2025.
