Class Description
Following all government regulations and guidelines we are now offering an outdoor group bootcamp in a private green space in Embrun.
Blast fat, burn calories and sculpt that body in this challenging 45-minute, HIIT-style outdoor bootcamp using bodyweight exercises, Battle Ropes, Bosu Balls, dumbbells, and kettlebells.
*Equipment is thoroughly disinfected before and after each use.
*Maximum 7 people in class to ensure proper social distancing.
All fitness levels welcome!
Program Length
One time per week for 4 weeks.
Class Day and Time
Monday 6 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. (June 29 - July 20).
Location
Embrun location will be provided upon registration.
