Youth Athlete Strength & Conditioning 8 Week Program (Small Group Training) 

Starts September 6th!

This semi-private, 8 Week Strength & Conditioning Program is designed to prepare any young athlete for their sport specific goals using:

  • functional movement patterns
  • plyometrics
  • agility training
  • co-ordination
  • RESISTANCE TRAINING including dumbbells and barbells.

Your child will learn the correct FORM for all movements, while building strength, increasing endurance, mobility, flexibility and force to fuel their performance and improving body function/form. 

The use of gym equipment will be required for some components of this 8 Week Training, Of course, under the supervision of Alison. Strength training is a large component of this program.

This 8 week program is aimed to produce maximum results for each individual in a safe, fun and effective environment.

Class sizes are MAXIMUM 6 participants, to ensure productive and personal, SAFE, training. 

*Ages 12-15 years old preferred. 

**SPOTS are limited to 6.

Every Tuesday, from Sept 6th - Oct 25th, 3 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
