Pound Pro Alison is BACK this SUMMER! 

Target your core, glutes (booty) and legs and do some pounding to the beat of some of your favorite songs.

This class is a perfect blend of cardio & bodyweight resistance allowing you all of the benefits of a full body workout!

Following 25 minutes of Pound, there will be 25 minutes of restorative yoga. Enjoy a calming, rejeuvantive and relaxing flow that will align your mind, body and soul. 

This style of Yoga is unlike traditional Yoga. Prepare to fully relax and decompress. Great for stressed minds and bodies. 

Bring a blanket and yoga mat.

All fitness levels welcome.

Max 15 participants.
