The Reps With Alison Fitness Studio is now offering 60 minute One-on-One Personal Training, 30 minute One-on-One Personal Training, as well as One-on-Four Group Personal Training OR COUPLES Training!
My personal training sessions include a full-body workout focused on YOUR or YOUR GROUPS unique goals.

With each PT session we go over some of your eating habits. Although meal planning and fat loss programs are available at an additional fee, I do definitely give you some helpful advice to get you on the path to success.
Depending on the amount of sessions you purchase, you may qualify for the lean machine fat loss program. *Minimum 7, 60 minute sessions are needed to qualify.
All equipment is thoroughly sanitized before and after each use.

*Personal Training session will be canceled if payment has not been secured before the session.
*Evening sessions are limited as the studio is in use for group weight training classes, kangoo or bootcamps.

Coach Geneviève Ethier
Geneviève is a 40 year old woman who started her fitness journey 5 years ago after the birth of her last child. Her first goal was to lose some weight but she quickly realized all the benefits of having an active healthy lifestyle.
She started Kangoo Jumps and fell in love with that cardio rush feeling that was just exactly what she needed to forget everything else for one hour. Geneviève then decided to start her certification to teach Kangoo Jumps and discovered a passion about helping others in their fitness journey.
Since then, she has gotten her Fitness Trainer Specialist, Personal Trainer, POUND Rockout Workout and Drums Alive certifications and is proud of being a member of the Reps With Alison Team.
