In Store Credit & Refund Policy

Reps With Alison Fitness Studio has an in-store credit policy if the Program purchased has started. 

*Credit will be subject to approval and doesn't apply to certain programs where spots are limited, such a Spin or Pole classes.

Programs are non-transferable.

If a refund is requested before the program has started, depending on the timing and reason, a full refund may be granted.

A $25 administration charge will be enforced if a refund is granted.
