Join Alison on Thursdays for 50 minutes of SPINNING and lifting to THEMED classes using a variety of muscic of different genres snd eras! ,
From all girl band playlists, to popular POP/ROCK, 80's, 90's, 2000's, pop divas, boy bands, Latin, top 40, fave soundtracks, reggae, etc...
Rock / jam out to Spinning intervals that will test your endurance and strength to upbeat tunes. Build strength with timed resistance training using dumbbells in many forms of training styles. Static Contraction, pulses, drop sets and time under tension will get your muscles fatigued while feeling the burn.
Blast calories, increase strength & endurance, SWEAT while rocking out to a killer and different playlist each class.
