We are MORE than happy to be bringing Yoga into The Reps With Alison Fitness Studio. 

After making the decision in early 2021 to travel abroad to get her Yoga Teacher Training, when the time was right, Alison did just that.

In June 2022, Alison made the journey to The Sacred Valley in Peru to take her YTT.  

After returning refreshed and revived from her Sacred Journey, Alison wants to share her love for Yoga and Meditation!

The Reps With Alison Fitness Studio will offer a wide range of meditation and yoga programs in the Fall. 

Whether you are new to Yoga or have been practicing for years, you then know that the Yoga journey can be very personal to each individual.

Meditation and Mindful meditation with breath work will be offered in some Yoga programs, and will also be offered in future workshops.

Meditation can greatly be of a benefit to your overall health too!

Frequent meditation sessions can help manage and reduce stress, reduce anxiety, improve focus and clarity. Can also greatly improve attention and concentration.

Meditation and Mindful Meditation can both be a positive and healthy practice to incorporate into your days.
