
NEW to the Reps Studio - Beginner Pilates.
Our beginner-friendly mat Pilates classes will have you feeding energized and strong, while connecting breathe to intentional controlled movements. Pilates is a low-impact, gentle on the joints workout that includes a series of exercises that target stabilizer muscles, deep core, which includes overall muscle tone.
The benefits of mat Pilates includes, increased deep core strength, improved flexibility and balance, enhances mind-body connection - improves body awareness, toned glutes & thighs and much more. The use of small weights and yoga straps will increase tension and stress on the muscles.
This structured program is results focused by helping to you to gain functionality through core strength and body alignment, using breathe & body awareness.
Beginner Mat Pilates is perfect any fitness level including anyone new to fitness. Movements will be accessible to everyone through options given during instruction.
6 Week Beginner Program.
When: Thursdays 6 p.m. - 6:50 p.m. from July 3rd - Aug 21st. (No classes on July 10th & 17th)
Where: 1012 Notre Dame Street, Reps With Alison Fitness Studio.
