Celebrating 11 years of Moms and Babes Fitness in Russell Township!

Did you know that Reps was the first to offer these POPULAR fitness classes outdoors in Russell Township that are lead by CERTIFIED professionals?

If you are looking for a great daytime workout that will incorporate spending time with your baby or toddler while meeting other post-partum women, look no further!
Whether you are a post-natal mom or a mom with kids (infants and toddlers), come get fit, lose body fat, improve range of motion, tone and condition while enjoying time with your child, while connecting with other Reps Babe Cave Mommas!
TUESDAY FITNESS PROGRAM: 
MOMS and BABES Fitness is an interactive workout with your child. We focus on a lot of functional movements such as lunges, squats, plyo-metrics, core strengthening exercises, etc.. This class also entails cardiovascular exercises such as jumping jacks, high knees, tippy toes, bear crawls etc. And the best thing is that all of these exercises allow both the moms and tots to participate.
Depending on your unique post-partum stage, this program has many modified beginner movements to offer in each class. You're not a cookie, therefore your workouts shouldn't be either.

THURSDAY Beginner Mat Post-Natal PILATES PROGRAM.
Pilates is a low-impact exercise methodology emphasizing core strengthening, encompassing the pelvic floor, abdominal, and lower back musculature. Pilates exercises involve precise alignment and controlled movements, rendering it an optimal practice for postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation.
We welcome all fitness levels and babes of all ages for this indoor workout adventure! 
Please be sure to have clearance from your family physician before starting any Fitness/Pilates program.
Class sizes are kept limited. 

Program Length

Once (1x) per week on Tuesdays (Fitness) for 6 weeks or once (1x) per week on Thursdays (Pilates) for 6 weeks.

Program Days and Times

Choose from:

1. 6 Week Moms and Babes Fitness:

Tuesdays, September 2nd - October 21st, 9:30 a.m. - 10:20 a.m. (6 weeks *No classes on Sept 30th & Oct 7th) 

2. 6 Week Moms and Babes Pilates:

Thursdays September 4th - October 23rd, 9:30 a.m. - 10:20 a.m. (6 weeks) *NO classes on Oct 2nd - Oct 9th)
