Power Hour may be NEW at the Reps With Alison Fitness Studio, however this was a community favorite when Alison taught this through Russell Township.
POWER HOUR is a full body workout using bodyweight and a variety of equipment to condition, strengthen and blast those calories.
Different work to rest timing will definitely keep your body guessing and wanting more!
Focus is on core, glutes and total body conditioning.
LIMITED to 12 participants per class!
