
Class Description
POWER HOUR is a full body workout using bodyweight and a variety of equipment to condition, strengthen and blast those calories. Bootcamps will have cardio and core included!
HIIT, Tabata & different work to rest timing will definitely keep your body guessing and wanting more!
Focus is on core, glutes and total body conditioning.
LIMITED to 12 participants per class!
