Join Alison on Mondays for 50 minutes of SPINNING and lifting to popular songs from multiple generations /vibes of music.
Rock out to Spinning intervals that will test your endurance and strength to upbeat tunes. Build strength with timed resistance training using dumbbells in many forms of training styles. Static Contraction, pulses, drop sets and time under tension will get your muscles fatigued while feeling the burn.
