Registration for memberships is ongoing. You choose your start date and the membership expires on the same date in one month (eg. start date of March 6, membership ends April 6). Sorry no exceptions or extensions. Memberships only apply to Group Weight Training classes and are not applicable to any other class or program offered by the Reps With Alison Fitness Studio. Memberships are non-transferable. Contact us if you have any questions.
Class Days and Times
There's many times available and sometimes subject to change. Here's the current options:
Monday 7 a.m. - 8 a.m. Group Weight Training
Monday 6 p.m. - 6:50 p.m. Kangoo or (Weight Train on black mats. No Instructor)
Monday 7 p.m. - 7:50 p.m. (Power hour OR GWT)
Tuesday 7 a.m. - 8 a.m. (Bootcamp or Weight Training)
Tuesday 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. Group Weight Training
Tuesday 7 p.m. - 8 p.m. - Restorative Yoga
Wednesday 7 a.m. - 8 a.m.
Wednesday 6 p.m. - 6:50 p.m. Kangoo or (Weight Training on black mats. No Instructor. )
Wednesday 8 p.m. - 8:50 p.m. Pound. Rockout. Workout. & Core
Thursday 7 a.m. - 8 a.m. (Bootcamp or Weight Training)
Thursday 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. Group Weight Training
Thursday 7 p.m. - 8 p.m. Kangoo or Group Weight Training on black mats. No Instructor.
Friday 7 a.m. - 8 a.m.
Saturday 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Sunday 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. (Bootcamp OR Weight Training)
