Unlimited Group Weight Training classes per week for a three month period.
Registration for memberships is ongoing. You choose your start date and the membership expires on the same date in three months (eg. start date of January 15, membership ends April 15). Sorry no exceptions or extensions. Memberships only apply to Group Weight Training classes and are not applicable to any other class or program offered by the Reps With Alison Fitness Studio. Memberships are non-transferable. Contact us if you have any questions.

Monday 7 p.m. - 7:50 p.m. (Power hour OR GWT)
Tuesday 7 a.m. - 8 a.m.
Tuesday 4 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesday 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Wednesday 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Wednesday 9 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Wednesday 6 p.m. - 6:50 p.m.
Kangoo Power Jumps 7 p.m. - 7:50 p.m.
Thursday 7 a.m. - 8 a.m.
Thursday 4 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Thursday 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Friday 7 a.m. - 8 a.m.
