
Class Description
This Lunch Hour Power Bootcamp held in the Reps With Alison Fitness Studio will be a mix of cardio training, functional movement and resistance training, circuits and more. We'll be using body weight, dumbbells and equipment for an awesome body-pumping workout!
Circuits have been reintroduced allowing a class rotation throughout the Studio. We will also introduce different bootcamp formats.
Using cardio drills and resistance with different times/intervals, you'll get that heart-rate up while working on strength. :)
All fitness levels are welcome to join this fun, fast-paced boot camp with instructor Nicole. This effective mid-day bootcamp will be offered on Tuesdays at 12pm.
