Class Description
This Lunch Hour Power Bootcamp held in the Reps With Alison Fitness Studio will be a mix of cardio training, functional movement and resistance training, circuits and more. We'll be using body weight and equipment for an awesome body-pumping workout!
Circuits have been reintroduced allowing a class rotation throughout the Studio. We will also introduce different bootcamp formats.
Using cardio drills, light resistance and bodyweight resistance and different times/intervals, get to your goals with Reps! :)
All fitness levels are welcome to join this fun, fast-paced boot camp with instructor Nicole. These effective mid-day bootcamps will be offered on Mondays and Thursdays.
