By POPULAR REQUEST we are bringing BACK our evening Group Weight Training classes. This is the program that built the Reps Studio to what is today! Otherwise known as Babes and Barbells, this program is one that every woman should take!
Learn to lift at your own pace OR progress with your current goals with the use of dumbbells, barbells, machines in a program that works WITH YOUR GOALS.
Weight training/strength training programs are a great way to increase lean muscle tissue, burn body fat (and at rest), get STRONGER and feel more confident in your own skin!
Join us on Thursdays, from January 9th - February 27th, 6 p.m. - 6:50 p.m.
This program is also offered on Tuesdays & Thursdays (Babes & Barbells) using the back of the Studio only!
