Join Alison on Monday June 29th for a one hour of SPIN and lifting to our themed BATTLE OF THE BOY BANDS Spin & Sculpt from multiple generations of music.
Jam out to Spinning intervals that will test your endurance and strength to upbeat, popular tunes. Build strength with timed resistance training using dumbbells in many forms of training styles. Static Contraction, pulses, drop sets and time under tension will get your muscles fatigued while feeling the burn.
Blast calories, increase strength & endurance, SWEAT while spinning out to a killer playlist.
