This 50 minute Spin Program WITH all of the vibes, will entail timed intervals, where you will cycle your way to your target heart-rate.
With increased intensity, this workout will build your quads, hamstrings, GLUTES while burning body fat.
This endorphin boosting, calorie-burning workout, will focus on lower body and cardio training.
