Up to one hour of jogging, running and sprint interval training, including warm up and cool down.
This is a progressive, sprint training session for anyone with good level of cardiovascular fitness, currently jogging or running, basic plyo skills, and in good overall health.
Sprints are timed intervals starting at 5s each with 2-5 mins rest. This timing will vary depending on heat, progress, fitness level etc....
Proper shoes must be worn. Hydration is a must!
Alternatives? Join us and get your body moving. Walk, power walk, lunge, squat, warm up or cool down without sprint training.
