Includes:
Twelve (thirty minute) one-on-one Personal Training sessions/or online sessions, plus unlimited class options in the 8 week length of this Starter Package. *Excludes Pole Dance.
This Package is a GREAT way to start easy and explore your fitness preferences while connecting with your Personal Trainer 1-2x each week in private sessions.
Nutrition is included in this Starter package. We include an additional 30 minute session to go over your health & nutrition goals and plan of attack.
During your 8 weeks, there will be approximately two checkins weekly. More if needed.
Nutrition is a large part of a successful journey. You will learn sustainable eating while creating a positive relationship with food.
A Private Facebook group is included for further knowledge and community.
The start of your journey can seem daunting. Changing non-serving habits, moving your body, exploring new food options, learning what you need, to support a dependant and fulfilling life has it's confusion.
