This workout is a fun and effective way to get to your goals!
Classic choreography with timed drills, the use of resistance, including dumbbells, your body weight and the Kangoo Jumps Rebound Boots, you'll get an amazing workout for glutes, legs, abs & upper body.
This was a pre-pandemic favorite!
Program Length
One (1) class per week for (8) weeks.
Class Days and Times
Every Saturday from January 11th - March 1st, 9 a.m. - 9:50 a.m.
