Group Weight Training for WOMEN is a great option to push you out of your comfort zone while achieving fitness goals.
Class Description:
Group Weight Training is a Women ONLY program, that includes resistance training using dumbbells, BARBELLS, machines, cables etc... This program is Personal Trainer lead, where you work on your goals at your pace in a private setting using FULL STUDIO!
Styles of training will vary to ensure that you are always progressing!
Lead by our fun, energetic & highly experienced instructor and Personal Trainer, Alison, this class is action-packed, goal-focused and FUN. Each class is varied for each fitness ability and level.
We welcome ALL levels of fitness. Beginners, intermediate and advanced levels of fitness will find this program accommodating.
*NO OUTDOOR shoes permitted.
Class Length
One time per week for 8 weeks.
