Class Description:
If you're familiar with our classic Power Hour, you will find this to be similar, but with more resistance training. Although using time for each drill/lift, the option to work on your goals at your pace is there.
Styles of training will vary to ensure that you are always progressing!
Led by our fun & energetic instructor Alison & Vero, this classes are action-packed, goal-focused, group physical training programs. Each class can be modified, depending on your fitness ability and level.
We welcome ALL levels of fitness. Beginners, intermediate and advanced levels of fitness will find this program accommodating for all goals.
*PROGRAM is limited to 8 participants!
*NO OUTDOOR shoes permitted.
