Pilates & Weight Training = Pilates Fusion
Pilates, the full-body workout that builds full-body & core strength, improves posture & balance, regulates breathing, increases flexibility, even reduces the risk of injury.
Workouts will encourage muscular activation, done in repeat movements with light resistance incorporating mindful breathing.
Pilates Fusion will focus on traditional Pilates principles while adding strength training using dumbbells, bodyweight, bands and more...
Intend to get your sweat on with the body-burner! This NEW program will cover all bases of the body as the program progresses over the weeks. You will leave feeling taller, stronger, more energized and ready for more.
This full-body, posture correcting, core strengthening workout is mostly done on your yoga mat, with the exception of some standing work..
*Please bring a yoga mat.
All fitness levels welcome.
