Class Description

POWER Bootcamp is a full body workout metabolic conditioning using bodyweight and a variety of equipment to condition, strengthen and blast those calories.

Each week, you can  expect the unexpected with our NEW programming. 

From Circuits, to Pyramids, to WOD, we are bringing back our 'Old School Bootcamps'.

HIIT, Tabata & different work to rest timing will definitely keep your body guessing and wanting more!

LIMITED to 12 participants per class!

*NO OUTDOOR shoes permitted. 

Class Length

One time per week for 5 weeks.
