Power Hour Bootcamp class options are great at pushing you out of your comfort zone.

Led by fun, energetic instructor Nicole, all of these classes are action-packed cardio-intensive group physical training programs. Each class can be modified, depending on your fitness ability and level.

*INDOOR SHOES only. No outdoor shoes permitted in the Studio. All outdoor footwear must be removed in the marked area at the entrance.
