50 minutes of sports-specific training for Youth, ages 7 years old - 12 years old.
Build strength, POWER, endurance with a highly trained professional in a small, non-judgmental and very encouraging environment.
Whether your child is looking to build strength, increase speed & power, improve sports specific skills OR get active during the winter season, this class will surely do all of the above.
