Where high intensity meets resistance training with dumbbells.
This full body workout will be a split body, using dumbbells for resistance for squats, lunges, presses, pushes and pulls for half of the workout.
Cardiovascular and bodyweight movements for plyos, core, hiit, functional movements, endurance and more, will make up the other half of the program.
This program will be executed in different formats, such as group work, circuits, pyramids, reps & sets etc....
