INCLUDED in your program, WE NOW OFFER a post-class conversation period, allowing YOU & YOUR little one the time TO mingle and chat with your classmates!

Stay as long as you'd like post class! 

The Reps Studio has always had a soft spot for our Moms and Babes!

Since 2014, Alison has been leading these upbeat FUN, interactive and empowering programs throughout Russell Township. THESE programs ARE SOOOO important for women and their post-partum health and wellness journey! More than fitness.... It's truly a CONNECTION!

BEVERAGES INCLUDED! 

Reps With Alison Fitness Studio offers a private Studio for Women to workout at their own pace, engage with each other, create community and have fun. Whether you are NEW to fitness or a seasoned pro, we welcome everyone to join this encouraging safe space.

1️⃣Moms and Babes Fitness which focuses on cardiovascular and body weight exercises involving both baby and parent.

2️⃣Moms and Babes BODY Sculpting NOW offered at 9:30am Wednesdays!

This program uses free-weights such as dumbbells and kettlebells, in a group setting.

3️⃣Another fabulous program that we offer is Moms and Babes Weight Training. 

This program permits the use of barbells, machines, cables and more! 

All programs are structured with a Certified Personal Trainer present leading the class.

Multiple days are offered for our Moms classes. 

The safety of the children are our #1 priority. We ask that you are fully responsible for your Littles while at class.

*Registered programs are non-refundable and are not valid for credits.

*PLEASE NOTE, if a class canceled during to weather or Instructor illness, there will be at least TWO make-up options in lieu of the scheduled registered class.
