Collection: Moms and Babes Programs & Dance

We NOW offer three AMAZING Moms and Babes Fitness Programs at the Studio.... and TWO NEW 5pm Dance 101 Programs for ages 2-4 years old on Mondays and Thursdays at 5pm starting January. 

1️⃣Moms and Babes Fitness which focuses on cardiovascular and body weight exercises involving both baby and parent.

2️⃣Moms and Babes BODY Sculpting NOW offered at 9am Wednesdays!

This program uses free-weights such as dumbbells and kettlebells, in a group setting.

3️⃣Another fabulous program that we offer is Moms and Babes Weight Training. 

This program permits the use of barbells, machines, cables and more! 

All programs are structured with a Certified Personal Trainer present leading the class.

Multiple days are offered for our Moms classes.
