To help you reach your fat loss goals, I've designed a REALISTIC, DOWN-TO-EARTH virtual program (with options to come in-studio if local) to help regular women like you and me, because I know it's hard to do on all on your own.
The "The Lean Machine" Program is an accountability program aimed at producing HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE HABITS FROM FAT LOSS to FOOD to EXERCISE to SLEEP to CHANGING DAILY HABITS that will HELP YOU PROGRESS (not regress).
This program will give you the tools and support to get effective and SUSTAINABLE results in potentially both the short term and into long term. What you do today are next months results. What those results be is entirely up to you.
This virtual program features:
FOOD IS KEY TALK. Learn how to eat for your goals and what your body needs to acquire sustainable fat loss and overall health. Learn about calories and what YOU need for your goals! LEARNING TO EAT MORE MINDFULLY with a HAPPY HEALTHY balance of all of life's pleasures.
DAILY WATER ACCOUNTABILITY!
This program accommodates all preferred eating styles. (Vegan, vegetarian, etc..)
Aside from meal planning, nutrition tips, one IN-STUDIO class option each week, you will also get:
- Access to our Private FB group. This is where the main structure of the program will take place.
- Daily Challenge Drills. Food / Exercise.
- Accountability and guidance via an active and supportive private Facebook group.
- Weekly check ins via email.
- Alison as your personal coach.
- 6 ZOOM meetings. *Weekly online Zoom checkins. Optional.
- Recipe IDEAS and VIDEOS.
Group Introductory Zoom meeting included. Topic: Meal planning! And not the usual plan that's not obtainable nor sustainable. Your plan. For life! This is NOT A DIET.

**This IS optional and you do NOT have to come into the Studio at all.

Power Bootcamp 12 p.m. - 12:50 p.m.
Power Bootcamp 7 p.m. - 7:50 p.m.
Monday, Wednesday or Friday
Strength Training 7 a.m. - 7:50 a.m.
Saturday
Kangoo Jumps - Beginner friendly.
9 a.m. - 9:50 a.m.
*All fitness levels and body types are welcome!
This program is aimed at safely achieving your individual fat-loss results while setting you up with new healthy habits to carry with you long term!
Once we have confirmed your registration after payment, you will receive an email before the program starts with joining instructions.
