Program Description
55+ Strength Training is a program arose out of client demand for a woman-focused weight lifting program. With that in mind, the Reps with Alison Fitness Studio in Embrun designed this special program, no matter what your fitness goals are. This program focuses on resistance training to help you lose body fat, increase your metabolism, increase strength, build lean muscle, increase endurance, and increase your energy. The benefits of weight lifting for women are amazing and you'll be thrilled at the results.
In this 50 minute program, you'll focus on weight training, using dumbbells, machines, cables, bands and other Studio equipment, lead by a Personal Trainer.
This program will allow you to learn the basics OR carry-on from your current fitness level.
Each woman is unique and so are their goals. That's why thess classes are tailored for personal goals, while working alongside like-minded women.
Strength, improved posture, body composition, increased endurance, range of motion & confidence are just a few of the benefits of this program. Aging STRONG is not a trend. It's a necessity.
We limit this class size to 6-8 max.
